Prime Tuition’s Absence & Make-Up Lesson Policy
Dear Parents, We have updated our Absence & Make-Up Lesson Policy to ensure smooth lesson management and fairness
for all students. Please review the following carefully:
Absence Reporting
- If a student will be absent, parents must inform us at least 2 hours before the lesson via
our website or email helpdesk@primetuition.co.uk.
- In case of emergencies (e.g., sudden illness), parents must email us before the lesson starts
for the absence to be considered.
Make-Up Lessons Policy
- Make-up lessons will only be offered if the fee is paid in full and up to date.
- No make-up lessons will be provided if there are outstanding fees.
- Make-up lessons are provided in addition to regular lessons and cannot replace original lessons.
They cannot be used as a substitute if a parent decides to stop regular lessons.
Scheduling & Availability
- Make-up lessons must be booked in advance , as we cannot accommodate last-minute requests due to
our scheduled capacity
- Make-up lessons may be scheduled at alternative lesson timings, on different days, or during
holidays within the same term.
- Make-up lessons cannot be carried forward to the next term.
Missed Make-Up Lessons
- If a student misses a booked make-up lesson, it cannot be rescheduled.
- If a parent is unable to bring the student for a make-up lesson, worksheets and handouts will be
provided, but no fee adjustments or refunds will be made.
We kindly ask all parents to follow these guidelines to ensure that lessons run efficiently and students
receive the best possible support
