  • If you cancel exam due to any valid reason(only Edexcel, AQA and OCR) before last Entry date 14 February then you will be refunded the full fee, except £25 per exam as administration charges.
  • Cancellation deadline is same for all the candidates regardless of any late entries.
  • Candidates are responsible for providing the correct UCI Number and Entry Codes required for entering for each examination. Failure to do so may result in your final subject grade(s) being nullified and not qualifying for a certification.
  • If the student does not turn up on the day of the exam, the student will be marked absent and there will be no fee refund.
  • It is the responsibility of the candidate to collect his/her ‘Statement of Entry’ along with the JCQ ‘Notice to Candidate’ from examination department beforehand.
  • Candidate has to collect the certificate without delay, Centre is not responsible to keep the certificate more than 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Exams Officer preserve right to cancel the exams entry form or refund payment under any circumstances.
